The natural aromas of Pigato perfectly combine with the Pinot Nero structure.
Ottimo come aperitivo, ma anche a tutto pasto sia con pesce che con carni bianche.

Characteristics: Vibrant and luminous rose-petal pink, intense perlage, delicate and persistent.
Delicate nose, with hints reminiscent of raspberry, wild strawberry fading into citrus aromas. On the palate fresh, round, marked by a delicate salinity, balanced and persistent.
Ideal aperitif, it goes beautifully with cold cuts and main course dishes like pasta with a basil-scented tomato sauce.
